Shipment Processing Time

All orders are typically processed, made and shipped within 2-5 business days. Custom cut and sew products may take up to 7 business days. 

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping for orders $100 or more, after any discounts.

Orders with a pre-tax total under $100 have a fixed shipping price of CAD$5.00 (or USD equivalent). This is a per order charge (not per item).

Delivery estimates

Delivery time is counted from the date of shipment. 

After you receive confirmation of the shipment, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery of items shipped from within your country (e.g., ships from US to US).  

Our custom cut and sew products (made from scratch, not printed on blanks) are delivered within 5-15 business days after shipping. These products ship from the US.

All other items delivered from outside of your country (e.g., ships from US to Canada) are delivered within 10-30 business days after shipment.
From time to time, shipments may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g., postal strikes). In such cases, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. All orders are delivered.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Delivery Issues:
Postal & Courier Service Delays/Strikes

We strive to ensure timely deliveries, but delays caused by postal or courier service disruptions, including strikes, are beyond our control. If your order is affected, please refer to your tracking confirmation for the most up-to-date shipment information.

Cross-Border Purchases Between USA & Canada:
Customs, Taxes, and Tariffs, Import or Duties Charges

While not all cross-border purchases from our store incur import, duty or tariff fees, some cross-border orders may incur these charges, at the discretion of Customs officials.

As is the norm for cross-border purchases, customers are responsible to pay any fees applied to shipments between the USA and Canada, by Customs, carriers, or the government or related entities.

Please note that store credits and refunds will not be issued for customs-related charges or package refusals. To avoid cross-border shopping, Canadian customers should shop exclusively from our Ships from Canada menu, while US customers should shop from our Ships from the US menu.

Customers are responsible to pay any applicable taxes on all orders.

There are a few ways to identify which country (US or Canada) each of our products ship from: 

  • The Ships from the US menu on our Home page for products that ship from the United States.
  • Each of our product titles start with "CA" if it ships from Canada, or with "US" if it ships from the US.

We recommend using these cues to easily know where each product you order will ship from (US or Canada).


Non-Delivery & Address Accuracy

  • If tracking confirmation shows successful delivery, the order is considered fulfilled
  • We are unable to offer store credits, replacements, or reprints for non-delivery when the tracking confirmation shows that the item was delivered
  • However, please refer to the Lost Packages section below for assistance if your package has not arrived
    • For in country deliveries: within 14 days of our shipping confirmation email
    • For cross-border deliveries: within 28 days of our shipping confirmation email
  • For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, nearby drop-off locations (porches, mailbox, side doors), and your local post office
  • If necessary, you may need to file a claim with the courier or postal carrier listed in your tracking confirmation
  • While we are unable to replace or refund delivered packages, we will do our best to help you, where possible, such as providing guidance on the postal/courier claims process to the extent that we are able

IMPORTANT: To help avoid delivery issues, please review and confirm your shipping details before placing your order. Here’s a checklist to help ensure a complete and accurate address:

  • Building number
  • Street type (e.g., Street, Boulevard, Lane, Road, etc.)
  • Directional indicators (e.g., N, S, E, W)
  • Unit, floor or suite number
  • City/Town
  • Province/State
  • Postal code/Zip code

Damage from Shipping

If the product you ordered arrives damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and refer to our Return Policy for instructions. 

This will include saving all damaged packaging materials and the damaged goods, so please do not throw them out before following our instructions.

Lost Packages

If you have not received your order:

  • For in country deliveries:  within 14 days of our shipping confirmation email
  • For cross-border deliveries:  within 28 days of our shipping confirmation email

and the tracking confirmation does not indicate that the product was delivered, please contact us at info@ohhhsoswagdesigns.com, and we will work with you to help you.  We will investigate within 3 to 5 business days.

Once the investigation is complete, we will provide an update and advise on any available resolutions. This may include directing you to contact the shipment carrier online to file a claim.
