If you need a different size or colour, we’ve got flexible options. We're here to make the process as smooth as possible, offering store credits, exchanges, or reprints/replacements, where applicable.

This means your item is freshly printed, made-to-order, just for you, which helps us reduce waste and stay sustainable.

- Store credit for returns and exchanges (that never expire!)
- Free replacements if we make a mistake or your item arrives damaged
What We Offer
- Store Credit: For change-of-mind returns
- Exchange: Swap the same item in a different size or colour

Reprint or Replacement: Free if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (no need to return it) – e.g.:
- Different design, wrong product, wrong print area, or wrong placement of more than 0.5”
Eligibility & Return Conditions
- Email us your return or exchange request within 14 calendar days of delivery
- Delivery date = the date that the tracking confirmation shows the product was delivered
- Items must be in original condition (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, free of damage like stains, tears, odours, etc.)—if feasible, please also return original packaging
If an item returned for a change of mind or exchange shows signs of alteration, wear, or post-delivery damage, a store credit will not be issued, as these items are ineligible for an exchange or return. We’ll send you a notification (and photo evidence, when possible) if this happens.
- Personalized/customized items are final sale unless we made a mistake
- Minor print/placement variations within 0.5" are normal and aren’t eligible for return
⚠ Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.
💡If something unusual happened outside of the eligible reasons, please email us first—we’ll try to help. While we can’t guarantee an exception, we’ll consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
How Returns and Exchanges Work
- Initiate a Return: Email us at info@ohhhsoswagdesigns.com within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number and reason. If eligible, we’ll email you approving it.

Shipping: Use any trackable shipping method and email us your tracking number and postal/courier service used.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (common for small businesses). Because shipping costs are non-refundable, we recommend choosing a trackable courier or postal service for peace of mind, as we can’t replace or credit items that don’t make it back to us. - Processing: Store credit is issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return or exchange.
- Exchanges: Use your store credit to purchase the new size or colour.
⚠ Exchanges depend on stock availability. You can wait until restock, or use the credit for a different item.
💡 Damaged or defective items don’t need to be returned. Report the issue by email within 14 days and we’ll fix it free.

Why We Do Store Credit
We are a small business making everything fresh after you order, so we don’t keep an inventory like big-box stores or larger businesses. Offering a non-expiring store credit instead of refunds helps keep our small business sustainable, and our processes fair and flexible for you.

✅ If possible, reply to the same email thread where we approved your return—it helps us both keep everything about the return in one place.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
- No need to return
- Report defects, damage on arrival or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery
- We’ll replace and ship it free
- Clear photos are required so we can fix it fast
⚠ Replacements depend on stock availability. If out of stock, you’ll receive a store credit of equal value.
To help us process quickly, please email us:
- A clear photo of the full item laying on a flat surface, with the item and design fully visible, AND
- - For defects or incorrect print: Also send us a clear, close-up photo of the issue.
OR
- For damaged items: Also send us a clear photo of the packaging and damaged product with the design showing, in the same frame
⚠ Photos must be natural and unedited (no Photoshop or AI edits). Images that appear digitally altered cannot be accepted.
If the submitted photos don’t clearly show the issue, we will request additional information or photos, for clarity.
Address Accuracy and Delivery
We appreciate you taking an extra moment to review your details before submitting your order.
Once the tracking confirmation shows delivery to the address you provided, the order is considered complete.
Address Tips
We want your package to arrive as expected. Here’s how you can help:
- Please double-check your address at checkout—including apartment/suite/floor and direction (N, S, E, W).
- Orders shipped to an incomplete or incorrect address entered at checkout can’t be refunded or replaced
⚠ For security reasons, unfortunately we can’t change the shipping address after an order is placed.
Delivery Tips
- If the tracking confirmation says “delivered” but you can’t find your package, please:
- Check with household members, neighbours, porch/side doors
- Contact your local post office
- Then email us—we might be able to help
- If we can’t, we will let you know, and you can file a claim directly with the courier or postal carrier
Return & Exchange Exceptions
There are a few cases where we can’t process a store credit, exchange, or free reprint/replacement:
- Personalized/customized items (unless there’s an error we caused)
- Items reported more than 14 days after delivery
- Clearance/final sale items
- Minor print/placement variations of 0.5” or less
- Orders with incorrect/incomplete address entered at checkout (e.g., missing apartment/suite number, no direction such as N/S/E/W, or an outdated address without mail forwarding in place)

Cross-border purchases where tariffs/customs fees, if any, weren’t paid by the customer
- Gift cards
💡 That said, if you experienced any issue with a purchase, please reach out or respond to our post-delivery email, where you can provide your feedback or report an issue. We cannot guarantee any exceptions, but we’ll always listen and try to help if we can. We will let you know kindly if we can’t.
